  1. Yoyo dieting is inevitable especially if you have no guidance. It can be very dangerous for your health. So, before you start with Nutrisystem ask your doctor about it first. Chances are, your doctor will give Nutrisystem a thumbs up.

  2. My doctor gave me the thumbs up for Nutrisystem. Apparently, she really recommends it to her patients who want to lose some weight. However, she prefers that I cook my meals. She doesn’t want me to rely solely on the prepackaged foods.

  3. Yoyo dieting may bring quick results but it’s very dangerous. The sudden changes your body goes through can harm your health. Weight loss has to be gradual. Sudden weight loss can have a dangerous effect on your sugar level and blood pressure. That’s to say the least. The effects could be worse than that.

  4. I’ve been yoyo dieting for so long. I would lose weight and gain it right back. It was really frustrating because I just couldn’t sustain my weight loss. I tried Nutrisystem five months ago and lost a good amount of weight already. So far, I am able to maintain my weight loss effortlessly.
