  3. I don’t think you can ever go wrong with soy. It’s healthy and all-natural. If you’re lactose intolerant, you can always go for soy. It’s a healthy alternative.

  4. I have no problems with soy. I actually like it. I like drinking it and I wouldn’t mind having it as a base for my weight loss plan. BTW, soy is packed with protein and that’s why it helps a lot in weight loss.
