  1. I consider myself a health buff and all. I watch what I eat (thanks to Medifast, I don’t have a hard time doing it) and I make sure I exercise regularly. However, there are days when I just want to take it easy. I sleep in a little. I indulge a little but I do get back on track right away. That’s the most important thing. I get back on a good healthy diet after slacking off.

  2. It really isn’t that easy to get on Medifast. Even if they have all sorts of food options like chocolate bars, chips, and shakes; it’s not that easy to really stick to the Medifast system. You would still have to adjust to it. It took me some time but I was able to do it. I’m still on it even if I was able to lose the weight. I do have some days when I cheat but I make sure to go back to the Medifast diet. After some time, my body kind of looks for the diet. I find that working to my advantage.

  3. I don’t think there’s an easy way to really get in shape. It takes discipline, which pretty sums up to hard work. So whether you are on Medifast or not, you would have to work really hard to get back to shape.

    1. I so agree with you. Weight loss takes a lot of hard work and I’m speaking from experience. In my case, Medifast eased the whole weight loss process. So I can pretty much attribute my safe weight loss to Medifast.
