Weight loss for me comes with a high price tag. My failed diet experiences in the past have taught me that it takes money to lose weight. I have tried several programs, enrolled in popular gyms and even bought pricey home exercise equipment just to realize that I lost money more than excess pounds.
For that reason I stopped with my diet regimen and was living with a 45-pound excess body baggage. Just last year I experienced health problems and was advised by my doctor to seriously go on a diet. I picked up my diet heels again and browsed several diet sites. Medifast came highly recommend and that was first on my list as well.
What caught my interest the most was the reply of Linda’s husband. He said, “We can’t afford for you to be unhealthy and unhappy.” Like a bolt of lightning his statement hit me.
As I was going through the numerous diet success stories I chanced upon the story of Linda Sue Hundley.
Linda, like me, was wary of the price she had to pay once enrolled with Medifast. Thinking of how her husband would react she said, “It would have been so easy for him to say, ‘No, we can’t afford this’.”
I perfectly understood the apprehension since I have spent money on unsuccessful weight loss. What caught my interest the most was the reply of Linda’s husband. The cost of going through a legitimate diet program like Medifast would definitely be far less than what I would have spent if I get sick because of too much excess weight. So is the cost of Medifast justifiable? Value for money, Medifast would truly come out as the better choice than the mounting hospital bills I would accumulate once weight complications kick in.

Linda’s 75-pound weight loss success story was my initial push to go back to the diet saddle again. Apparently, Linda is experiencing a healthy life, she said,
“I work out at my gym six days a week, and love it. The other day a “newbie” at my gym actually asked me if I was a trainer! I was stunned – me, a trainer! Before Medifast that never would have entered anyone’s mind!”
After Medifast I too could be like Linda and perhaps I too could share my story with anyone who sees diet as an unnecessary expense. Truthfully, money spent on health and wellness is money well spent. Related read: Your weight loss journey is now affordable with Nutrisystem promo codes.

For me, the cost of Medifast is justifiable most especially since it’s the only weight loss program that’s really worked for me. I’ve struggled to lose weight for years and tried a lot of other diets. However, none of the diets I tried really helped me lose and maintain my weight. With Medifast, I lost weight after a few months. I just could not believe it at first but sure did work for me.
