Morgan R. Lost 105 Lbs.*

She decided to do SOMETHING as her wedding day approached.

Having served in the U.S. Army, Morgan knows what it’s like to be truly physically fit. 

During her years of service, fitness was a priority. But her regimented lifestyle went by the wayside when she left the military. That’s when she began putting on her weight.

She decided to do SOMETHING as her wedding day approached. Morgan was determined to get back to her fighting weight and look her best.

Now Morgan is a mom of two spirited kids; Mason is four and Georgia is two. She loves being a mom but was less than thrilled that, by the time her daughter came along, Morgan had put back all the weight she had lost—and a whole lot more. By her own admission, her “can do” spirit plummeted. “After all,” she says, “there are certain physical expectations that come with being a vet!” Something had to change.

Having already experienced success on Nutrisystem, she decided to “re-up”. “Nutrisystem provides me with structure and convenience. Not only is it easy to follow, but the food tastes great”.

“I don’t have to give up all of my favorite foods.”

Which isn’t to say that Morgan never struggled dropping the 105 lbs. “At one point I hit a plateau and began to grow frustrated. That’s when I called the Nutrisytem counselors. They recommended that, for a time, I eat dinner for lunch and lunch for dinner. It totally worked!”

Morgan’s life is now back on track. She’s wearing a lot more dresses (size 4, thank you very much!), friends and family have commented that she looks happier and more joyful, and she now considers herself a bit of a cardio junkie. Morgan continues to enjoy her Nutrisystem foods, eating the burger when the family is having a cookout, and enjoying the stuffed shells or ravioli when it’s Italian night. “I never feel deprived. In fact, I discovered that I actually love broccoli and edamame!”
