  1. Exercising regularly isn’t an easy thing to do. I’m a mom of four kids and I work full time. I’d be lucky enough to have a couple of minutes to myself over the weekend. Nonetheless, I do my best to find time, even for at least 10 minutes to do some stretching. The one thing I do regularly is eat my Nutrisystem meals. It doesn’t make up for my lack of physical workout but at least, Nutrisystem keeps me away from foods that won’t do me any good.
