  1. These are not just tips; these are practical things we should do to lose weight and stay healthy. The challenge is to keep on doing these on a regular basis and that’s not easy to do. In my case, Nutrisystem makes it easy for me to do all these practical things. Although I find it totally ironic that these practical things are hard to do (come on, let’s be honest about it ), it’s good that there’s a program that can help us stay on course.
