  1. Meal planning of Nutrisystem has helped eat better and smarter (as cliche as that may sound, it’s true.) I can incorporate the foods I want to eat into a healthy meal plan. That gives me some room for the little pleasure of life like a chocolate bar or something.

  2. I once tried to stop eating anything sweet. I dropped my pastry habit but that only made me crave for it even more. So now, I eat a little bit of it just to satisfy my craving. At first, I found it hard to stop eating it but that was what I worked on instead of just avoiding it totally.

  3. You couldn’t have said it any better. Stress is bad and we all have to do our best to deal with it. I try to spend an hour a day meditating. The fact that I’m in a serene state helps me a lot especially when things get too crazy down here.
